Calling all radio stations! We are delighted to open registration for Vinylthon 2022! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 23!
Despite the continuing disruption caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus, we are still organizing Vinylthon 2022. We want it to be as safe as possible for stations and DJs to participate. For those stations that are able, they can participate on April 23. You just have to commit to playing a minimum of one hour of only vinyl on the air.
We are also taking orders for our official Vinylthon 2022 T-shirt and Hoodie! Order now and wear your support for Vinylthon 2022 before the event!
The Golden Slipmat Award is also returning, for stations that do a minimum of 12 hours of only vinyl during the day. More details to follow!
Also, this year we are proud to announce that monies raised from the event will go towards awarding scholarships to students who are involved with college radio.
As we get closer to April 23, we will be announcing lots of audio content for you to broadcast on the air. It’s going to be fun! After a rough couple of years, we could all do with a fun event!
